These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIReadyKit and all related services provided by H2AR Marketing LLC ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AIReadyKit is a digital service that crawls publicly accessible websites, analyzes their content for AI readability, and generates optimization reports and files. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using AIReadyKit, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Permitted Use

You may use AIReadyKit to scan websites that you own or have explicit authorization to audit. By submitting a URL for scanning, you represent that:

• You own the website, or have written permission from the website owner to run an audit.
• You will not use the service to scan websites for malicious purposes, competitive intelligence gathering without consent, or any unlawful purpose.
• You will not submit URLs designed to exploit, attack, or overwhelm our systems.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Starter tier ($29) is a one-time payment. No recurring charges.
• Growth tier ($79/quarter) and Agency tier ($199/month) are recurring subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your website content. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited, temporary license to crawl and analyze the publicly accessible content of that website for the sole purpose of generating your report.

Our Content

The AIReadyKit report, including rewritten content, analysis, scores, and structured data, is licensed to you for your use on the scanned website. You may not resell AIReadyKit reports as a standalone product or use our scoring methodology to create a competing service.

7. No Guarantees

AIReadyKit improves your website's machine readability, factual clarity, and answerability by AI models. We explicitly do not guarantee:

• Specific AI citation rates or rankings.
• Increased traffic from AI-powered search.
• Specific search engine ranking improvements.
• That any AI platform will use llms.txt or other generated files.

Our reports are recommendations and optimized content. Implementation is the customer's responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2AR Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of AIReadyKit. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

9. Data & Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Crawled website content is deleted within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to AIReadyKit for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the service, or uses it for unlawful purposes.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
