Refund Policy

H2AR Marketing LLC ("we," "us") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because AIReadyKit delivers a digital product that is generated specifically for your website, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

Eligible for Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

• Non-delivery: We fail to deliver your report within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Technical failure: A technical error on our end prevents us from scanning your website and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
• Wrong site scanned: We scanned a different website than the URL you provided.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Report delivered successfully: Once you have received and downloaded your complete report, the digital product has been consumed and cannot be "returned."
• Dissatisfaction with score: A low AI Readiness Score reflects the current state of your website — it is not a defect in the product.
• Website changes after scan: If you update your site after the scan, the report reflects your site at the time of scanning. This is expected behavior.
• AI citation outcomes: We do not guarantee specific AI citation rates, rankings, or traffic changes. Our product improves machine readability and factual clarity.
• Crawling limitations: If your website blocks automated crawling, uses heavy JavaScript rendering, or requires authentication, we may not be able to access all content. This is documented in our Fulfillment Policy.

Refund Request Process

• Email [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Growth & Agency Tier Cancellations

Growth ($79/quarter) and Agency ($199/month) subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
