Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

This policy explains exactly what you receive when you purchase AIReadyKit, how and when it is delivered, and what support is available. H2AR Marketing LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates AIReadyKit as a digital product — no physical goods are shipped.

1. What You Buy

When you purchase AIReadyKit Starter ($29 one-time), you receive:

• An AI Readiness Audit of your website — up to 30 pages crawled and analyzed for AI readability, accuracy, and accessibility.
• A Content Optimization Package — page-by-page rewrites, quick wins, FAQ generation, product/service catalog, and a citation-ready business summary. Every fact is traced to your actual website content.
• A Deliverable ZIP File containing 14+ files: START-HERE.md, content-upgrades.md, quick-wins.md, business-summary.md, DEPLOY.md, facts-ledger.json, products.json, faq.json, faq.md, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, manifest.json, robots-recommendation.txt, and individual page files (pages/*.md).

The Free tier ($0) provides only an AI Readiness Score (0-100), top 3 issues, and AI Blind Spots summary. No ZIP file, no content optimization, no signup required.

2. When You Receive It

AIReadyKit is an automated digital service. Processing begins immediately after payment confirmation.

• Typical delivery time: 5–15 minutes after payment, depending on your website's size and complexity.
• Maximum delivery time: 60 minutes. If your site is very large, has many pages, or experiences crawling difficulties, processing may take longer.
• Notification: You will receive an email at the address provided during checkout when your report is ready. The email includes a secure download link.

If processing fails due to a technical issue (site blocking, timeout, or error), we will notify you by email within 2 hours and either re-process your scan or issue a full refund.

3. How Delivery Works

AIReadyKit is delivered entirely digitally. There are no physical shipments.

• Delivery method: Secure download link sent to your email address.
• File format: A single ZIP file containing all deliverables in Markdown (.md), JSON (.json), and plain text (.txt) formats.
• Download availability: Your download link remains active for 30 days after delivery.
• Access: No account creation is required for the Starter tier. You receive your files via the email address used at checkout.

4. Revisions

AIReadyKit reports are generated automatically from your website's content at the time of scanning. Because the output is based on what exists on your site, revisions are not included in the Starter tier.

However:

• If your report contains a technical error (e.g., missing files, corrupted ZIP, wrong site scanned), we will re-process your scan at no charge.
• If you update your website and want a fresh scan, you may purchase another Starter report at the same price.
• The Growth tier ($79/quarter) includes quarterly re-scans for businesses that update their content regularly.

5. Refund Rules

For full details, see our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Full refund if we fail to deliver your report within 24 hours of payment.
• Full refund if a technical error prevents us from scanning your website and we cannot resolve it.
• No refund once a complete report has been successfully delivered, as the digital product has been consumed.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• Support scope: Technical issues with delivery, questions about your report, and guidance on implementing recommendations. We do not provide hands-on website development or CMS support as part of the Starter tier.

7. Limitations

• AIReadyKit can only analyze pages that are publicly accessible and not blocked by robots.txt or authentication.
• JavaScript-rendered content (single-page apps, dynamic loading) may not be fully captured.
• We do not guarantee specific AI citation rates, search rankings, or traffic changes as a result of implementing our recommendations.
• Reports reflect your website's content at the time of scanning. Content changes after the scan are not reflected in the delivered report.
